Try This When You’re Stuck

  • Start with “I don’t know what I feel, but…” and just see where your pen (or keyboard) takes you.

  • Write a letter to someone you’ll never send it to.

  • Make a list of everything that’s bothering you — and then rewrite it into what you wish you could say.

    Draw your feelings if words won’t come. Color them. Scribble them. Label them later
